Suit Up!
Barney Stinson was a character that knew a thing or two about looking your best and making a good first impression (at least with his attire). And when trying to influence his friends to dress up, he declared it was time to “Suit Up!”

We like that phrase. It’s declarative. It’s succinct. It gives precise directions on the next step. So y’all, whether it’s for a wedding, a prom, or a fun night on the town, it’s time to “suit up!”
Some of you may have a suit or tux laying around that still fits. For the rest of you, we’ve got you covered. We’ve been offering our customers tux and suit rentals or purchases for years through Jim’s Formal Wear. And they are amazing! We recently partnered with PureSilk Fabrics to bring an amazing affordable line of purchase suits to Celebrations.
With an exclusive arrangement with Michael Kors and other amazing designers, JFW has brought some of the best fitting and modern menswear to New Braunfels.

But for the purpose of article, we are just going to hit the high points. First color. Now, we can’t get you the pale blue or crazy orange tux from Dumb and Dumber. And we get asked a lot at prom time- which is crazy because these kids weren’t even born when it came out. But we can get you a bunch of other colors.
Another "on trend" thing to look for in your menswear rental: texture. Whether a tactile texture like velvet, or a visual texture like patterns- we’ve got you covered! Some suits are only available for rent, others only for purchase. Some are available for either.
We also have a variety of fits. Traditional fit is going to be the most boxy fit. Go back and watch Friends. Check out how Chandler’s suits fit him. That’s a traditional fit. Modern fit is a bit slimmer with slimmer lapels than the tradition cut. It dips in enough at the waist to help with the illusion of a waist but still has enough fabric to keep you covered. This is the most versatile fit. It can work for guys with a bit of a beer belly or a guy that works out. The last fit is slim. This cut is not for everyone. It is going to taper in the waist and but the thing that guys struggle with more is that it has much slimmer legs and arms. If you fall in love with a slim fit but you have broad shoulders or thighs, don't worry- we can still fit you. You just may have to go up a size.
Not sure which fit is right for you? No problem! Our expert stylists will take your measurements and make a recommendation. We also have samples of most of these fits to help you choose. And guys- they are supposed to fit fairly close to your body.
